This Friday- “Soundtasting” with Stompbox Sonic at Q Division-

July 16, 2014 by Jon Lupfer

Guitarists, lovers of small boxes with knobs, and the merely curious- this is your chance! Come and listen to some people humorously try to describe sounds with words like “crunchy”,”chunky”, “squishy”, and “pixelated”. Actually, they don’t HAVE to describe the sound- you can hear it yourself!
Event info is here, on the old Facebook.

Well, we’ve done it again.

June 13, 2014 by Jon Lupfer

Not to toot our own horn or anything, but we’ve once again brought home this little gem to our webpage. This award by the “Somerville Award Program”, celebrates our continued excellence in continuing to “enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and our community.” Apparently, we “help make the area a great place to live, work and play.” Now that’s hardly something that you could say about every single business anywhere!

If you would one of these beautiful award statuettes, I believe there are some available for a nominal $200 fee.

Somerville Award Program Honors the Achievement

SOMERVILLE June 6, 2014 — Q Division Studios has been selected for the 2014 Best of Somerville Award in the Recording & Rehearsal Studios category by the Somerville Award Program.

Each year, the Somerville Award Program identifies companies that we believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These exceptional companies help make the Somerville area a great place to live, work and play.

Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2014 Somerville Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity.
