Hey, look! It’s two brand new tunes from Andrea Gillis! With husband Marc Pinansky on drums, James Rohr on nutty keys, Mike Castellana on guitars, Ed V bassing and producing, and Pat “Denzel” Dicenso engineering, these two tracks showcase two sides of Gillis you’ve probably heard around town for the last 15 years.

Township – Life Goes On (Until it Don’t) EP (BC)
Township are back with their third EP of 70’s flavored mustache rock. This stuff is great if you like great stuff. Loud guitars, rocking drums, guitarmonies, harmonies, synthmonies (ok, I’m not sure about that one). But still, you’d be hard pressed to find fault with this stuff. Ed V produced, Pat DiCenso recorded and mixed it with a little help from Matt Tahaney. Get all this stuff from Bandcamp. We hear there’s more coming next month!
Love Love – Murderpedia (Video)
Love Love were back in Studio A over the weekend mixing some tunes with Matt Tahaney. This tune, Murderpedia, is from a previous batch of songs that they cut with Matt and Ed in Studio B. The song takes its name from a website that documents homicides… Cheerful!
Awesome video shot and edited by Paul Janovitz – tons of shots of Studio B, and the Midway Cafe!
The Gravel Pit – Mix of Stingray
Check out a brand new mix of a NEW Gravel Pit tune! It’s called Stingray.
The band has been hard at work writing, recording, and mixing a brand new album. Plus, they did a Pledgmusic campaign to fund the adventure.
The Phil Aiken Army – The Dangerfield Project, Vol. 1
These two sweet tunes from the Phil Aiken Army were recorded and mixed by Pat DiCenso and co-produced by Ed V. Lush arrangements, and great vocals from Phil and Chris Toppin (who’s also in Love Love).
