Live Room

Studio A Live Room
This is where the magic happens. When we set out to build these new rooms we prioritized folks playing music together, at the same time. To make live tracking a pleasure there are great lines of sight, and a few sonic and isolation options. There’s a medium sized room we’re calling the Drum Room – it has hardwood floors, and ample diffusion. There’s another slightly smaller room that we’re calling the Piano Room – and it is carpeted and full of absorption, creating a sound that is reminiscent of a 70’s space.

Between those two rooms is a space we call the Inspiration Wall – it’s got a low absorptive roof, but it’s also open to the large performance space. In addition there are two “amp closets,” one of which can fit a vocalist or instrumentalist. And of course, there’s the main performance space, which can be used for huge drum sounds, string sections or anything in between.
